Friday, August 7 — Opening Day
Friday's Earth stage belongs to Chris Lake and Above & Beyond, two headliners who couldn't sound more different. Lake's Black Book Records tech-house cuts like "Turn Off The Lights" and "Afraid" are built for a festival floor, while Above & Beyond's Anjunabeats trance and the long-running Group Therapy radio show bring an emotional, vocal-forward closer to open the weekend. Earlier on Earth, don't sleep on Dirtwire, whose resonator guitars and banjos fused with heavy low end make for one of the more unusual sound palettes on the entire bill.
Fire stage is Friday's bass-music stronghold, closing with Excision — the Canadian dubstep pioneer and Lost Lands founder whose bone-rattling sound design helped define North American bass music in the first place. Ganja White Night's cavernous production and devoted "GanjaTrain" following make their sunset slot one of Friday's best bets, and ATLiens and Crankdat round out a Fire bill that rarely lets up.
Water stage runs deep on Friday — eleven acts, nearly all bass music. Big Gigantic headlines the majors with Dominic Lalli and Jeremy Salken's live saxophone-and-drums approach to bass, while Ivy Lab (the London duo Sabre and Stray) bring a halftime-leaning, drum-and-bass-adjacent set worth catching early. Over on Air, Boys Noize headlines with the gritty, industrial-tinged electro that helped define 2000s electro house, and Irish producer Kettamabrings a raw, UK-garage-inflected house sound that's made him one of the scene's fastest risers.
It's Murph(House, Earth, Undercard) — LA producer Garrett Murphy's stutter-house sound draws on Fred again.., Chris Lake, and Flume in equal measure. A great way to ease into the Earth stage before Chris Lake closes it out.
Excision on Fire and Above & Beyond on Earth are both built as closing sets and will almost certainly overlap. They're polar opposites sonically — bone-rattling dubstep versus emotional progressive trance — so this one really is a coin flip based on what mood you're chasing to end night one.
Saturday, August 8 — Peak Festival
Saturday's Earth stage headliners are a study in contrasts within bass music itself: Subtronics brings relentless, riff-driven dubstep, while Of The Trees trades pure aggression for atmospheric, mind-bending texture and melody. Earlier in the day, Earth hosts a curated takeover — Clozee's Odyzey imprint stage, pairing her world-music-fused bass with Opiuo's warped, funk-laced glitch-hop and rising acts like Probcause and Skysia. If you want a themed, cohesive run of sets rather than a grab-bag, block out the Odyzey takeover.
Fire flips genres entirely on Saturday, turning into a dedicated house-head stage. Cloonee and Matroda headline the tech house majors, with Chicago duo Louis The Child closing on the future-bass end of the spectrum for a sunset set built for singing along. Water stage stays true to its bass-music identity with Svdden Death and Ray Volpe anchoring the majors, and a deep undercard spanning dubstep, drum and bass, and UK garage.
Air is Saturday's other all-house stage — Biscits, who made the jump from trap and dubstep production into tech house, headlines alongside Fool's Gold Records founder A-Trak, whose career spans hip-hop scratch DJing to bass house festival sets.
Probcause(Hip-Hop, Earth, Undercard) — a rapper-producer who fuses live hip-hop vocals with bass-music production, playing as part of Clozee's Odyzey takeover. One of the few genuine hip-hop sets on an otherwise all-electronic bill.
If you're torn between the Odyzey takeover on Earth and the tech house run on Fire, remember they're both multi-hour blocks, not single sets — you can realistically catch the front half of one and walk over for the back half of the other.
Sunday, August 9 — The Closer
Sunday's Earth stage headliner is a rare booking: Porter Robinson, playing a DJ Set rather than his usual live synth-pop show — a chance to hear the Grammy-nominated Nurture artist build a set around dance-floor selections instead of album cuts. Earlier on Earth, The Motet, a Denver funk/soul/jazz collective, brings a full live band to close things out on a bill otherwise dominated by DJs and producers, and Tractorbeam — a bass-music side project from members of jam-scene veterans The Disco Biscuits — channels improvisational chops into glitchy electronic production.
Fire stage on Sunday goes techno, headlined by Charlotte De Witte, the Belgian powerhouse and KNTXT label founder widely ranked among the genre's most influential DJs of the last decade, alongside I Hate Models' industrial-leaning techno. Griz closes Fire with "Chasing the Golden Hour," his signature saxophone-driven sunset live show. Water stage belongs to Sub Focus, the UK drum and bass legend behind anthems like "Rock It" and "Turn Back Time," closing the festival's most bass-heavy stage on its final day.
Air stage closes out the weekend with three bass house majors — Walker & Royce, Will Clarke, and house breakout Acraze, known globally for the viral hit "Do It To It." Keep an eye on Jackie Hollanderin the undercard — Billboard's Dance Up-And-Comer for May 2026, and proof the Air stage's undercard slots are worth showing up early for.
Cloud Conductor(Downtempo, Water, Undercard) — the ambient, downtempo-leaning alias of Daily Bread, who also plays a full bass set on Earth stage that same day. Rare chance to hear the same artist's two very different sides on the same lineup.

Water stage is the festival's bass-music backbone — nearly the entire stage across all three days runs dubstep, drum and bass, and downtempo. Excision and Subtronics anchor the headliner tier, Svdden Death and Ray Volpe carry the majors, and Lsdream and Daily Breadclose out Sunday's Earth stage on the same theme.
Best for House and Tech House
Air stage is the mirror image of Water — almost entirely house, tech house, and bass house from open to close, every day. Kettama (Fri), Biscits (Sat), and Acraze (Sun) headline the majors, and the undercard is stacked with rising tech house names like Discip and Linska.
Best for Techno
Techno is concentrated almost entirely on Sunday's Fire stage. Charlotte De Witte and I Hate Models headline, with Azzecca and Josh Teed opening the day in the undercard.
The Bottom Line
Elements' four elemental stages aren't just a branding gimmick — they genuinely sort the festival by sound. If you know you're a basshead, you can spend three days almost entirely on Water and Earth. If you're chasing house and tech house, Air rarely misses. But the real value of this lineup is in the crossover moments — Clozee's Odyzey takeover, Griz's sunset live show, Porter Robinson's rare DJ set — where an artist steps outside their usual lane.
