That's Just Me came out on September 18, 2026, and debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200, the first time a Riley Green album had cracked that chart's top 10. It's a long record, 19 songs produced by Dann Huff, and it leans on company he obviously cares about. Brooks & Dunn turn up on "Pave All Them Red Dirt Roads." Alabama's Randy Owen sings on "Lookout Mountain." Jake Worthington joins him for "Well Well Whiskey."
None of that came quickly. Green grew up in Jacksonville, Alabama, played quarterback at Jacksonville State, and built an audience on independent releases and live shows before "There Was This Girl" became his breakout No. 1. "I Wish Grandpas Never Died," from his 2019 debut Different 'Round Here, went triple platinum, and the grandfathers in that title weren't a writing device; his relationship with them is a big part of why his records sound as traditional as they do. Don't Mind If I Do, his third album, arrived in 2024 and sent both its title track and "Worst Way" to the top of Billboard's Country Airplay chart.
By his management's count he's at seven No. 1 songs now, with duets alongside Luke Combs, Thomas Rhett and Ella Langley picked up along the way. The day job has widened too: a coaching chair on Season 30 of The Voice, an acting debut as a former Navy SEAL on CBS's Marshals, and his own Duck Club Bourbon. Friday night is his first turn as a Stagecoach headliner.
