Bahia Margarita, his third album, works from a place he actually knows: Isla Margarita, Venezuela, where he spent childhood summers before his family moved him to Miami as a teenager — during pandemic lockdown, unable to travel, he wrote the whole record imagining his way back there, entirely in Spanish, the language he's used across every release.
