Zack Martino started taking piano, guitar, and drum lessons at five, and by eleven he was already producing electronic music — professional training from childhood, aimed almost immediately at a genre most kids that age haven't even discovered yet.

He signed to Armada Music in late 2016, not long after his first single, and a run of 2017 remixes pushed him into the mainstream fast enough that Reflections, his EP, passed 100 million Spotify streams within its first year; "Hold On To Me" and "Doomsday," his collaboration with VASSY, were both considered for a Best Dance Recording Grammy, a serious mark for a producer whose training started on a childhood piano bench.
