"Chickenhead" is the song that took Project Pat national in 2001. La Chat is on it with him, and it carried his album Mista Don't Play: Everythangs Workin to No. 4 on the Billboard 200. It's still one of his three most-played songs on Spotify.
He'd been around Three 6 Mafia for years by then, turning up on their late-'90s records and putting out his debut, Ghetty Green, in 1999. His feature on the group's "Sippin' on Some Syrup" in 2000 is what set "Chickenhead" up.
He and his brother Juicy J made a full record together in July 2026: Dem Goats, 20 songs released on Trippy Music. One reviewer singled out "Yes Lord," with Lecrae and saxophonist Kenneth Whalum, as the track Pat "absolutely smoked," and the brothers performed it on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
