sace6 are a duo, and Revolver's tag for them, "darkly melodic R&B-metal," fits: crooned vocals over djent-heavy guitars, with producer-guitarist Noah Thomas tapping out beats on a drum pad before the detuned riffs drop in. The debut album, brutalist, came out on Sumerian on May 8, 2026, eleven tracks with lowercase one-word titles like "covet," "ego" and "nepenthe," plus jxdn on "reverie," a year after the Limerence EP. They spent that May opening Dayseeker's Pale Moonlight tour.
