A Friday slot at a Columbus stadium is a long way from Moscow, Idaho, where brothers Mitch, Scott and George Swanger built Silent Theory. Their way up has been almost entirely independent: the 2016 video for "Fragile Minds" has passed 46 million views on YouTube, and their booking agency says that song and the follow-up "Watch Me Burn" both made Mediabase's Active Rock chart.
In 2021 they signed with Paul Crosby Management, run by Saliva's founding drummer. Since then they've released a full-length, Tell Us How It Ends, in 2024, plus a series of Theoretically Speaking EPs.
