"Now I Know," out in February 2026 on Warner Records Nashville, was Ingrid Andress's first new music of the year and the first look at a third album, one she co-wrote and co-produced like the two before it. She said she wrote it to encourage herself and others to let go of what no longer serves them, which reads differently after July 2024, when she sang the national anthem at the Home Run Derby in Arlington, Texas, apologized the next day ("That was not me last night"), said she'd been drunk, and checked herself into treatment. "Tattoos" followed in April, then an acoustic Low-Key Sessions run in May, a fall club tour called Nowhere Else To Go, and a holiday single, "Snowed In With Me," with the album itself still to come.
Before her own records she wrote for other people: Charli XCX's "Boys," Halestorm's "Conflicted," Bebe Rexha's "Girl in the Mirror." Her debut single, "More Hearts Than Mine," came out in 2019, and Lady Like, the 2020 album built around it, got her nominated for Best New Artist, Best Country Album and Best Country Song in the same Grammy year. Good Person followed in 2022 with "Wishful Drinking," a Grammy-nominated duet with Sam Hunt. She has toured with Keith Urban, Dan + Shay, Tim McGraw and Stevie Nicks.
