Deorro has played Panther Island before: he was one of the bigger names on Ubbi Dubbi's 2023 bill, at a point when most people still filed the Los Angeles producer, born Erick Orrosquieta, under the festival records that made his name, "Five More Hours" with Chris Brown and "Bailar," the merengue crossover with Elvis Crespo that he says took about two years of learning merengue before he'd touch it. The act coming back in 2027 is pointed somewhere else. BOTAS & RAVE, his third studio album, landed in April 2026 on Peso Pluma's Double P Records: eleven tracks that drag cumbia, banda, quebradita and tribal up to rave speed, some of it as fast as 160 BPM, with Montez De Durango, Voces Del Rancho, La Adictiva, Alacranes Musical and 3BALLMTY among the guests. That last name matters here. The Monterrey tribal crew is on this same lineup with a sunset set of its own, and the history runs deeper than one feature: Deorro brought them onstage at EDC Mexico in February 2025, and in June 2026 he showed up at their sold-out Hollywood Palladium tour opener to play "SONI23BALL," their track from the album. He calls the record "a celebration of la cultura Mexicana." He also told EDMTunes in May 2026 that he was planning a 15-to-20-minute stretch of his shows with a live band playing album songs; nobody has said whether that version of the set is coming to Fort Worth.
