Jack Hedges got his first look at production software at 15 or 16, when a friend showed him Fruity Loops — a casual introduction that turned into a full jump-up drum and bass career out of Cambridge, England.

Self-released tracks like "Caution" and "Orange" built his early reputation before he became a fixture of the Crucast label, and he's since crossed over into the American bass scene through collaborations with Subtronics and IRAH — UK jump-up energy landing at festivals like Ultra Miami and EDC Las Vegas that don't usually book much drum and bass at all.
