Dubstep's label circuit, from Disciple Round Table and Buygore to a long tail of smaller imprints, is where beastboi. came up. The Greensboro, North Carolina producer put out early records through Disciple Round Table, Odio, Interval Audio, Buygore, Most Addictive and Rude Service, and picked up support from Tisoki, Moore Kismet, Barely Alive and Leotrix along the way.

EKM pegged his track "HYPERKNIFE" as neo-dubstep. He's since released on Monstercat with "onlybmyself" and "Street Talk," and teamed up with Barely Alive on "Sky High."

The calendar has gone international: Petit Bain in Paris in mid-November, the McEnery Convention Center in San Jose about a week and a half later, then Ductwork in Houston in February.
