To celebrate her debut album, Jessica Audiffred booked a six-hour 360° DJ set at Verdeespina Studios in Mexico City in April 2025, a hometown show. A few weeks earlier she'd made her Ultra Music Festival debut in Miami, going back-to-back with Alleycvt right after a Flux Pavilion and Doctor P b2b, which meant something, because Flux Pavilion was one of the producers who pulled her into dubstep.
None of that infrastructure existed when she started. She grew up on nu-metal, found dubstep online, and played tech house in Mexico City clubs because playing anything heavier could get you thrown out. So she built her own: the A Records label in 2015, then a showcase that drew a line well past a 200-capacity room, which became Mad House, the bass festival she runs in Mexico City. A 2016 nod from Flux Pavilion led to releases on his Circus Records, and Excision had her remix one of his tracks and play it next to him at Bass Canyon in 2019. Somewhere along the way she also finished a psychology degree, at her father's insistence.
She played Ubbi Dubbi in 2024, and Billboard named her its Dance Rookie of the Month the following March. Her catalog includes "Que Calor" with Deorro, another name on this bill. RAVE NEW WORLD came out on A Records in May 2025, 12 tracks she framed as an ode to the raves she went to with her brother as a kid, opening on "Keloke" with urboi. and taking a bass house turn on "Afterparty" with Nostalgix.
