INK — Atia Boggs — spent the early 2010s busking on Atlanta's MARTA trains and outside Lenox Square Mall, performing for whoever would listen, years before she became one of the most in-demand songwriters in the business. She studied mass communications and film at Clark Atlanta University while doing it.

She's since written '16 Carriages' and 'Texas Hold 'Em' for Beyoncé's Cowboy Carter and co-wrote Kendrick Lamar and SZA's 'Luther,' which spent 13 weeks at No. 1. BIG BUSKIN', her own EP, blends country and hip-hop and marks the first time she's stepped in front of the songs instead of behind them — the busking instinct, repurposed as an actual artist statement.
