On July 9, 2025, Spineshank played their first show in nearly 13 years, at a sports cafe in Lubbock, Texas. That opened a summer co-headline tour with The Union Underground marking 25 years of The Height of Callousness. Louder Than Life followed in September, then a UK tour in November. Santos missed the first dates of that one over a passport problem and joined mid-run. He told Blabbermouth the turnout floored him, because their last tour, in what he called a bad climate for nu-metal bands, had nearly finished them off. The reunion brought back Santos, Garcia and Decker, with Tommy Decker Jr. also on guitar. In June 2026 Santos told TotalRock they had "some songs in the oven" and that he'd be recording new material in L.A., which would be the band's first since 2012.
